Gateshead-based Bloom Procurement Services has set out plans to expand its 75-strong team to 400 in three years.
Founded in 2011 by Adam Jacobs, Bloom provides an open access marketplace for the provision of professional services to the UK public sector.
In the last year, Bloom transacted more than 1,357 projects across all areas of the public sector and growth capital investor BGF invested £14m in the company. Turnover also grew to more than £200m in 2020.
