Reporting to the Project Delivery Team Leader, some accountabilities of the Project Assistant include:
- Organising, holding, and running project kick off meetings with project stakeholders.
- Proactive risk management of projects with a focus on schedule, costs, and quality.
- Working with our procurement business team to address and resolve project issues that arise post contract.
- Relationship management and stakeholder engagement with supplier stakeholders
- Supporting the monthly service delivery revenue process and activities.

Key responsibilities of the Client Engagement Executive include but are not limited to the following:
- Support client development and partnership of lower-level spend Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts via an effective contact plan.
- Provide administrative support to the client engagement team for all Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 accounts.
- Track project opportunities based on engagement market insights and/or inbound contacts.
- Support the delivery of accurate and up-to-date Account Plans for Tier 1 clients.
- Assist the Head of Client Engagement with monthly updates and marketing initiatives.

The Python Software Engineer is responsible for the following:
- Work collaboratively with our product team and the rest of the engineering team to develop new features and infrastructure based on cloud native technologies, and to resolve complex software engineering problems.
- Employ and share best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design, and supporting the rest of the team in troubleshooting issues
- Managing our AWS environment based on the operational and security pillars of the Well Architected Framework
- Collaborate with other team members in making architectural decisions for performance and security
- Maintaining and evolving our CI/CD pipeline so we can release quality code to production without manual intervention

- Develop and manage client relationships by building and maintaining strong connections with key stakeholders, ensuring our services meet their specific needs.
- Drive new business growth by identifying and capitalising on opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Engage in strategic account planning by creating and executing tailored plans that align with client objectives and market trends.
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular insights to senior leadership to inform future opportunities.
