Starting salary £21,500 plus potential 10% bonus
Reporting to the Project Delivery Team Leader, some accountabilities of the Project Assistant include:
- Organising, holding, and running project kick off meetings with project stakeholders.
- Proactive risk management of projects with a focus on schedule, costs, and quality.
- Working with our procurement business team to address and resolve project issues that arise post contract.
- Relationship management and stakeholder engagement with supplier stakeholders
- Supporting the monthly service delivery revenue process and activities.
Starting salary £27k + 10% company bonus scheme
Remote
Reporting to our Legal Counsel you will be part of our small team providing general legal guidance, assistance, and advice on a day-to-day basis to colleagues.
- Primarily supporting the business in following the right legal contract compliance procedures, ensuring effective procurement, negotiation and contracting.
- Reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and amending a varied range of commercial agreements, including IT, consultancy, outsourcing and marketing agreements.
- Advising on contracts for public sector tenders and assisting in collating the legal aspects of bid responses on behalf of the business.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure that the drafting and negotiating of contracts is in line with the strategy and values of the organisation.
- Providing advice on wider commercial matters, including data protection, use of data within commercial arrangements, IPR, employment matters and potential disputes.
- To assist all stakeholders progress contractual matters in an efficient manner to ensure business commercial criteria are met whilst managing business risk.
- Help to develop, draft, and maintain key standard documentation, including core standard agreements, policies, and precedents.
- Able to undertake legal research and provide clear reports, advice, presentations, and training where required.
Remote
Up to £30,000 dependent upon experience + potential 10% bonus
As our Customer Experience Specialist, you'll seamlessly support our Customer Experience and training teams, ensuring smooth operations and serving as the frontliner for our support helpdesk.
- Take responsibility for engaging with clients where a negative experience has occurred to determine the why and how but also feedback to relevant teams.
- Provide L1 support to internal and external users and stakeholders.
- Provide support via a combination of channels including live chat, email and telephone.
- Support fellow Bloom employees within their roles via our internal support helpdesk.
- Participate in onboarding, training and workshops promoting and enhancing the customer experience team.
