The main purpose of the Client Engagement Manager is to:
·Identify and develop commercial growth initiatives with a portfolio of higher spend primarily Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients to ensure our client relationships achieve, and ideally exceed our annual targets.
·Build lasting relationships with our existing clients, influencing key stakeholders.
·Identify new opportunities and pipeline to embed Bloom as their preferred route of procurement for professional services.

Reporting to the Project Delivery Team Leader, some accountabilities of the Project Assistant include:
- Organising, holding, and running project kick off meetings with project stakeholders.
- Proactive risk management of projects with a focus on schedule, costs, and quality.

As our Customer Experience Specialist, Level 1 Helpdesk Support, you'll seamlessly support our Customer Experience and training teams, ensuring smooth operations and serving as the frontliner for our support helpdesk.
- Take responsibility for engaging with clients where a negative experience has occurred to determine the why and how but also feedback to relevant teams.
- Provide L1 support to internal and external users and stakeholders.
- Provide support via a combination of channels including live chat, email and telephone.
- Support fellow Bloom employees within their roles via our internal support helpdesk.
- Participate in onboarding, training and workshops promoting and enhancing the customer experience team.

The Revenue Operations Director will be instrumental in optimising revenue generation processes, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, finance, and customer delivery functions. We're seeking someone with a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and operational expertise to drive sustainable growth and maximise revenue opportunities.
The Revenue Operations Director will be accountable for:
- Collaborating with the COO and senior leadership to develop and execute revenue generation strategies aligned with company goals and market dynamics.
- Identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and formulating actionable plans to capitalise on market trends and customer insights.
- Overseeing sales operations activities, including sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
- Supervising service delivery operations, ensuring alignment with sales operations, and focusing on customer service and advocacy, along with service development to meet evolving customer needs.
- Implementing best practices and tools to optimise sales efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Fostering collaboration between sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of revenue generation efforts.
- Driving integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate quality leads and support sales objectives.
- Leading pricing strategy development and optimisation to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Establishing key performance metrics and dashboards to monitor revenue performance and identify areas for improvement.

We're seeking a Strategic Account Director to focus on developing opportunities across our strategic client base. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in expanding our footprint within central government departments while ensuring alignment with their procurement objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with central government stakeholders, including procurement officers, department heads, and decision-makers.
- Tailor our procurement services to address the unique needs and challenges of each department.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for business growth within government departments and develop corresponding strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored proposals and presentations.
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Develop strategic account plans for each government department.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work with marketing to develop targeted campaigns for government procurement audiences.
- Monitor key performance metrics for government accounts and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
- Lead a team of direct reports, ensuring achievement of development and sales targets.

Some of the accountabilities of the Information Security Manager include:
- Ensuring compliance with data protection, information security and risk management obligations.
- Leading on regular audits and recertification activities for standards such as Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001.
- Gathering requirements and manage vendor selection process for security products.
- Ensuring Bloom’s ISMS and security policies, standard, procedures and guidance are maintained, effective, and implemented across the business.
- Monitoring of security logging and alerting
- Responding to customer security questionnaires
