You can take up to 25 days annual leave – plus the 8 bank holidays – and you can also buy up to 5 days, paid back over 12 months.

We currently have an exciting new role for a management consultant with expertise in areas such as Built Environment, Regeneration, Commercial, Leisure and Tourism to help our public sector clients with initiatives such as Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill. You will be joining a team of talented individuals working on some exciting social outcome-based projects.
Salary | 35k + 10% annual bonus
Are you a customer focused and driven contract delivery professional who thrives on seeing projects through until completion? Bloom Procurement Services is offering such a person the opportunity of Procurement Business Partner.
As Procurement Business Partner you would be supporting our public sector customers and suppliers from the beginning of the project until the end, providing excellent customer service by providing contract management support and more across the project lifecycle.
Salary | £19k, moving to £21k after 6 months plus potential 10% bonus

So far, we have helped our public sector clients deliver a range of projects including initiatives that tackle challenges such as child obesity, homelessness, and county lines drug-trafficking. We want to continue with the successful delivery and support of these projects, we are therefore looking to recruit a Project Delivery Assistant to join our growing team.

Bloom Procurement Services is currently recruiting a Customer Experience Officer to work closely with our client facing teams and customers to ensure they receive excellent customer service and support through the Bloom customer journey. Our customers are public sector organisations e.g., Met Police, DBS, various NHS bodies, local councils and more, therefore you have a real opportunity to make an impact through the work that you do.
Salary | £30 – 33k pa + 10% potential bonus
We’re currently recruiting an autonomous Senior Marketing Executive to help us increase our brand visibility and our continued growth as a business. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, some of the accountabilities of the Senior Marketing Executive include: Support the marketing strategy and tactical execution of marketing campaigns and activities; Participate in annual and quarterly planning activity, using data and insight to inform selection of sector and categories for campaign activity; Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, creating and developing content in conjunction with the supplier network to demonstrate both thought leadership and evidence of existing experience across the relevant sectors and categories; Plan and manage webinars to support campaign activity and supplier development; Present reporting/analysis of the impact of marketing activities; Act as brand ambassador, growing brand reputation for both internal and external communications.
