Recent case studies

In 2019 we saved £42m of public money by helping our customers deliver their projects under budget.  We intend to better this in 2020 and beyond.  Since our journey began back in 2012, we have seen the business grow, change and evolve into the one we are proud of today.

You can take up to 25 days annual leave – plus the 8 bank holidays – and you can also buy up to 5 days, paid back over 12 months.

We’re looking for a Data Product Owner with procurement knowledge to join our technology team, someone who understand the needs of their stakeholders and as a result can offer the best solutions, and someone who wants to be involved in having an input into Bloom’s wider product strategy.

The purpose of the Product Data Owner is to be the own the outputs of Bloom’s Data and Reporting team; working with the business to determine needs, priorities, and solutions. QA/Test Engineer

Salary | £55,000 pa + potential 10% bonus


We are currently recruiting a QA/Test Engineer to join our growing tech team. The QA/Test Engineer is responsible for the automated testing infrastructure surrounding the production application software in Bloom’s cloud environments. They are expected to lead on implementing test systems, processes, and practice; and provide significant input into application security, scalability, and performance. Why us? Cloud Engineer

Salary | £65,000 pa + potential 10% bonus


We are currently recruiting a Cloud Engineer to join our growing technology team.
