Buyers first join NEPO if not already a Member or Associate Member and then sign a Call-Off agreement with Bloom.

    Sign access agreements; a NEPO Associate Member form and Call-Off agreement with Bloom.

    Work with Bloom to implement the solution at your organisation.

    Send your requirement to Bloom, who will advise the best approach for the outcome you need.

    Bloom appoints your chosen supplier based on a compliant process.

    Bloom works with the successful supplier to assure project delivery and manage invoicing.
