As Bloom continues to grow, we are dedicated to investing in our technology.
Pro-vide 2.0 is our new and upgraded platform which supports all Bloom procurement frameworks.
Pro-vide 2.0 will be used to manage all future projects. New suppliers can register on Provide 2.0 now and continue to use this platform to manage all projects.
Suppliers currently registered on Pro-vide will also need to register on Provide 2.0 to be eligible to be shortlisted for future projects.
All buying organisations will be migrated to Pro-vide 2.0 via a phased approach between September 2019 and early 2020. Some current projects will still be managed on Pro-vide until the project migration exercise is complete. We will contact all current suppliers to let them know when their Pro-vide projects have been migrated to Pro-vide 2.0. Please view our Supplier FAQs for more information.
We will be working with all buyers and suppliers during the forthcoming months to support a full and consistent transition to Pro-vide 2.0.
If you are a public sector buying organisation and do not have an existing Pro-vide 2.0 account, please email Bloom at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer onboarding team will help to set you up.Login to Pro-vide 2.0 Register

It’s so much more efficient, as it’s a compliant process without the need to go through the OJEU process as it’s still competitive. Bloom has many suppliers already available but we can add suppliers whenever we want. Having someone who can help by providing a second opinion; a neutral point of view has been valuable to us.
