It’s easy to get started with Bloom. Start by registering on Pro-vide 2.0; our cloud-based project management system. Pro-vide 2.0 is our hub where public sector buyers and professional services suppliers come together to manage and report on projects.
As part of our commitment to SMEs, we have made the Pro-vide 2.0 registration process quick and easy. Registration will only take a short time.
To become a Bloom Accredited Supplier on Pro-vide 2.0, you need to register and complete your Basic profile. Once complete this will be assessed by Bloom and you will receive confirmation within 5 working days of your Bloom Accredited Supplier status. This will give you access to all Bloom procurement frameworks and give you the opportunity to be shortlisted for projects. Bloom will then contact you via email when there is a procurement project suitable for you.
To be able to win work on individual frameworks you will need to ensure your Extended profile is complete. Within this section you will be asked to upload your Professional Indemnity Insurance and provide relevant case studies and references. If you are registering under the Construction, Design & Engineering category you will also need to upload health & safety policy documents.
You don’t need to complete your extended profile section until you receive an Invitation to Tender (ITT).
Pro-Vide 2.0 will enable Bloom to open up further procurement opportunities for suppliers and buyers alike, whilst providing greater control, transparency and a compliant route to market.
