From 21st October electronic signature of Work Orders through DocuSign will be implemented. Change Control Notices will continue to be processed outside of Pro-vide but, we are also introducing DocuSign signature for all Change Control Notices at the same time.
What this means
This enhancement will reduce the amount of manual effort required to return a signed Work Order to Bloom and allows approvers to complete the task without logging on to Pro-vide, so is more accessible and simpler to manage. It will allow Bloom to manage the processing of Work Orders more efficiently.
Signatories will receive an email from DocuSign with a link and self-explanatory instructions on how to provide the electronic signatures as required.
DocuSign is the market leader that is widely used for supporting electronic signature through a safe and secure platform. DocuSign eSignatures comply with UK law, the European Union Regulation No 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services (eIDAS Regulation), as well as international laws and statutes, including the U.S. federal ESIGN Act and UETA.
Our intention is to complete any Work Orders issued prior to 21st October through the current process on Pro-vide. All outstanding Work Orders must be signed and completed by 31st October to be available on Pro-vide to allow for the submission of Highlight Reports and invoicing in November. Please be aware that failure to complete the signatures in this timeline may result in delays to submission of Highlight Reports and invoicing.
Any Work Orders issued after 21st October will be issued through DocuSign. All Work Orders signed through DocuSign will be available on Pro-vide to allow for the submission of Highlight Reports and invoicing from 1st November.
