Outcomes-based procurement vs input- based procurement

Traditional input-based procurement for professional services has focused on the inputs needed to complete a project, such as the number of hours or the specific tasks to be completed. While this approach can be effective in some cases, it doesn’t always align with the desired outcomes. At Bloom we do things differently, we use outcomes based procurement which focuses on the desired end result of the project, rather than the inputs required to achieve it.
