Bloom charges a framework management fee for the project management and administration that we deliver. This fee is included in the overall price that customers pay to Providers. The services provided by Bloom include Provider accreditation, sourcing Providers for the shortlist, administering the procurement process, helping the buyer select the right Provider for the outcome, ensuring smooth project delivery and the administration of invoicing for payment.

Overall Bloom seeks to support Providers and Buyers in efficient and effective souring practice, that also adds social value to benefit of all participants and society as a whole.
