You can manage your projects offline, with our account management teams, or with more control and transparency through our cloud-based system, Provide.

Provide is at the heart of our collaborative approach and gives our community of buyers and suppliers one common place to manage projects, leading to better connections and better outcomes. It’s also a buyer’s hub to see what’s been delivered elsewhere, offering the chance to replicate previous successes.

You set your own service levels and decide how hands-on you want us to be. Through regular project updates and reports, you can be sure milestones are hit and quality is assured.

Our fees

At Bloom, we take care of everything an effective project needs. We manage the entire process from beginning to end, including all related paperwork, invoicing and prompt payments between everyone involved.

For this efficient service, our suppliers pay us a 5% fee on the successful delivery of a project. It’s simple, efficient and transparent. It gives large and small consultancy suppliers equal access to significant public sector opportunities without the need for complex tender responses, further opening up procurement.
